Grade 3 Pioneer Class

During this unusual situation, if you will be in grade 3 in the 2020-2021 school year, like math, and want to prepare for the next school year, please send an email to us.
We will use MS Teams to conduct the online training. There are 5 sessions per week, Monday through Friday daily, 10:00 - 10:50AM PDT. This math class is free from June 22nd to the end of the summer break.

Jeffrey Liu

Jeffrey is a middle schooler. He has been teaching students for one year on different subjects, including English and Math. He loves and enjoys teaching and wants to offer help to students during the summer break. His math is very good and he has always received a level 4 score in SBA tests.

We may not be able to cover the whole books and will adjust the pace according to students' feedbacks.

Microsoft Teams, install and test before class.
You will be added to the Teams class to participate in free sessions during the summer break.
We do not provide any technical support for MS Teams issues.

Other things to keep in mind

1. Eat healthy but not too much before the class. Water is fine, don't eat during sessions;
2. Enter the classroom 10 minutes early to test and configure your Teams;

3. Change your nickname to "your name & grade" (e.g. Jeffrey 7) for teaching purposes;
4. Take your class in a quiet room;
5. Mute your microphone if it's not your turn to talk, do not mute others' microphones;
6. Turn off cameras during the class, the whiteboard is on screen for most of the time;
7. Have your book ready;
8. We do not check or respond to email during class time;
9. Check Teams and this webpage frequently for updates and progress. We don't often send email.
